目的：探讨《金匮要略》中关于妇人妊娠癥病不同医家的见解，更好的理解其理论并指导实践。方法：通过仔细研读和思考历代医家对《金匮要略·妇人妊娠病脉证并治》中关于癥病的不同注解，提出假设，用临床疗效来验证不同说法的性质，并予以思考和总结。结果：经临床验证，第一种“是癥说”是可行的；第二种“是胎说”在辨证视为另一种形式的“是癥说”后也是可行的；第三种“癥加孕”的情况在古代有限的医疗水平下也是可行的，现代还需辨证来看。结论：桂枝茯苓丸在妇科方面用于广义的“癥疾”，不仅仅包括妇科积块、炎症、囊肿，还包括损胎、畸胎、死胎和一部分正常胎儿。临床运用的验证能更好的排除理论的争议，为深入学习中医经典理论打开思路。
목적：탐토《금궤요략》중관우부인임신징병불동의가적견해，경호적리해기이론병지도실천。방법：통과자세연독화사고역대의가대《금궤요략·부인임신병맥증병치》중관우징병적불동주해，제출가설，용림상료효래험증불동설법적성질，병여이사고화총결。결과：경림상험증，제일충“시징설”시가행적；제이충“시태설”재변증시위령일충형식적“시징설”후야시가행적；제삼충“징가잉”적정황재고대유한적의료수평하야시가행적，현대환수변증래간。결론：계지복령환재부과방면용우엄의적“징질”，불부부포괄부과적괴、염증、낭종，환포괄손태、기태、사태화일부분정상태인。림상운용적험증능경호적배제이론적쟁의，위심입학습중의경전이론타개사로。
Objective:To explore the interpretations of different traditional Chinese doctors,opinions about pregnant woman nodule in Es-sentials from the Golden Cabinet in order to understand the theory better and guide the practice.Methods:By learning and thinking the interpretations of different traditional Chinese doctors’ opinions about nodule in Combined Cure of Pulse and Synopsis of Woman Preg-nancy Illness of Essentials from the Golden Cabinet propose the hypotheses and judge the correctness of vari-ous statement by using clinical effect.Then,think and sum them up.Results:The first one about“the statement of nodule” is possible.It is also possible by re-gard the second“statement of fetus”as another form of the statement of nodule.The third "nodule and pregnancy"need dialectical perspective in modern times while it is feasible under the limited medical level in ancient times .Conclusion:Cassia twig tuckahoe pills are used to the generalized“nodule disease”in the aspect of department of gynecology,including not only nodule,inflammation and cyst of department of gynecology,also the damaged fetuses, sterility, abortion and part of the normal fetus.The test of clinical application can eliminate theory of controversy better and open the train of thought for a more profound study of traditional Chinese medicine classi -cal theory.
