考察了红土镍矿破碎后镍在不同粒级矿粉中分布情况以及矿石粒度对钴镍浸出效果的影响. 在常压搅拌浸出试验中,平均粒度为123μm矿粉的镍钴浸出率可以分别达到86.11%和92.91%. 研究结果表明,未经细磨的粗颗粒矿粉镍钴浸出率高于细磨后的矿粉. 在堆浸试验中,0.25~2 mm的矿石酸液渗透性优于0~0.25 mm的矿石,钴镍浸出率达到满意水平.

This paper has investigated the particle size distribution of the lateritic ore after shredding and the leaching performance with different particle sizes. In the experiments of the agitation leaching under the normal pressure, the leaching efficiencies of Ni and Co from the ore of particle size 123μm have reached 86.11% and 92.91% respectively. It indicates that the leaching efficiency of coarse particles is higher than the ore with fine gridding. In the heap leaching experiments, the ore of 0.25~2 mm has a higher permeability of sulphuric acid than the ore of 0~0.25 mm. The leaching efficiency of Co and Ni have reached a satisfied level.
