目的：通过回顾性分析缺血性卒中患者脑小血管疾病的临床特点，主要观察脑血管疾病的危险因素。方法本次研究共收集了急性缺血性脑梗死与短暂性脑缺血患者427例，通过危险因素筛查与磁共振检查，以Fazekas评分来评估患者的白质病变程度，并按照白质病变程度来进行分组，并通过单因素与多因素回顾来评价不同组间的危险因素分布。结果通过白质病变程度进行分组，白质病变的危险因素与患者的年龄、既往病史以及血管狭窄有很大的联系。结论年龄与既往卒中史是白质病变的独立危险因素，白质病变患者会出现更多的小血管闭塞性缺血性卒中。
目的：通過迴顧性分析缺血性卒中患者腦小血管疾病的臨床特點，主要觀察腦血管疾病的危險因素。方法本次研究共收集瞭急性缺血性腦梗死與短暫性腦缺血患者427例，通過危險因素篩查與磁共振檢查，以Fazekas評分來評估患者的白質病變程度，併按照白質病變程度來進行分組，併通過單因素與多因素迴顧來評價不同組間的危險因素分佈。結果通過白質病變程度進行分組，白質病變的危險因素與患者的年齡、既往病史以及血管狹窄有很大的聯繫。結論年齡與既往卒中史是白質病變的獨立危險因素，白質病變患者會齣現更多的小血管閉塞性缺血性卒中。
목적：통과회고성분석결혈성졸중환자뇌소혈관질병적림상특점，주요관찰뇌혈관질병적위험인소。방법본차연구공수집료급성결혈성뇌경사여단잠성뇌결혈환자427례，통과위험인소사사여자공진검사，이Fazekas평분래평고환자적백질병변정도，병안조백질병변정도래진행분조，병통과단인소여다인소회고래평개불동조간적위험인소분포。결과통과백질병변정도진행분조，백질병변적위험인소여환자적년령、기왕병사이급혈관협착유흔대적련계。결론년령여기왕졸중사시백질병변적독립위험인소，백질병변환자회출현경다적소혈관폐새성결혈성졸중。
Objective Retrospective analysis the clinical characteristics of ischemic stroke in patients with cerebral small vessel disease, mainly to observe the risk Factors of cerebrovascular disease.Methods Collected acute ischemic cerebral infarction 427 patients with transient ischemic risk factors by screening and magnetic resonance imaging, to fazekas score to assess the patient's degree of white matter lesions, and grouped according to the white degree of qualitative change, review and through the single factor and multiple factors to evaluate the risk factors for distribution between the different groups.Results Through the white degree of qualitative change grouping, white matter lesions of the risk factors and the patient's age, medical history has a great connection and hemal stricture. Conclusion Age and history of stroke are independent risk factors for the development of white matter lesions, white matter lesions will be more small vascular occlusion in patients with ischemic stroke.
