目的：通过对本院治疗的伴有2型糖尿病的老年性急性阑尾炎患者进行回顾性研究，对早期诊断、治疗方法进行研究。方法选取我院2008年1月～2014年12月收治的年龄在60岁以上，明确诊断为2型糖尿病的急性阑尾炎患者52例，其中手术治疗36例，非手术治疗16例。结果手术治疗组36例，29例治愈，1例出现切口裂开，经二次缝合切口治愈出院，6例出现术后切口感染，加强切口引流换药后治愈出院；非手术治疗组16例，9例治愈，2例有效，5例无效转手术治疗。结论伴有2型糖尿病的老年性急性阑尾炎是一种特殊的阑尾炎类型，一旦确诊就应尽早行手术治疗，术中充分冲洗引流，术后积极抗感染治疗，尽量减少并发症。
목적：통과대본원치료적반유2형당뇨병적노년성급성란미염환자진행회고성연구，대조기진단、치료방법진행연구。방법선취아원2008년1월～2014년12월수치적년령재60세이상，명학진단위2형당뇨병적급성란미염환자52례，기중수술치료36례，비수술치료16례。결과수술치료조36례，29례치유，1례출현절구렬개，경이차봉합절구치유출원，6례출현술후절구감염，가강절구인류환약후치유출원；비수술치료조16례，9례치유，2례유효，5례무효전수술치료。결론반유2형당뇨병적노년성급성란미염시일충특수적란미염류형，일단학진취응진조행수술치료，술중충분충세인류，술후적겁항감염치료，진량감소병발증。
ObjectiveRetrospective study was carried out through to the hospital treatment of acute appendicitis complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus senile patients for early diagnosis, treatment, research and discussion.Methods Selected 52 cases who had years of age above 60 with senile acute appendicitis accompanied with type 2 diabetes from January 2008 to December 2014, 36 cases of surgical treatment and 16 cases of the non operative treatment.Results The 36 cases of surgical treatment, 29 cases were cured, 1 case had wound dehiscence, after two times of suturing incisions was cured, incisional infection occurred in 6 cases, incisionand drainage after cured. The 16 cases of the non operative treatment, 9 cases were cured, 2 cases were effective, 5 cases turn operation treatment. Conclusion Senile acute appendicitis accompanied with type 2 diabetes is a special type of appendicitis, once diagnosed early surgical treatment should be completely lfushed, intraoperative and postoperative drainage actively anti-inlfammatory treatment, try to reduced the complications.
