目的：观察针药并用治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法：选择2012年3月—2014年9月于我院就诊的240例老年功能性便秘患者，随机分为对照组和观察组各120例，对照组采用自拟增液通便汤治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上结合针刺治疗，两周为一个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后症状积分和总的临床疗效。结果：两组患者的临床症状积分与治疗前相比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），且治疗后排便周期、排便时间症状组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），观察组优于对照组；在总的临床疗效方面，观察组的总有效率为89．2％，对照组为69．2％，两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：针药并用治疗老年功能性便秘疗效显著。

목적：관찰침약병용치료노년공능성편비적림상료효。방법：선택2012년3월—2014년9월우아원취진적240례노년공능성편비환자，수궤분위대조조화관찰조각120례，대조조채용자의증액통편탕치료，관찰조재대조조치료적기출상결합침자치료，량주위일개료정。관찰량조환자치료전후증상적분화총적림상료효。결과：량조환자적림상증상적분여치료전상비차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05），차치료후배편주기、배편시간증상조간비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05），관찰조우우대조조；재총적림상료효방면，관찰조적총유효솔위89．2％，대조조위69．2％，량조림상료효비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론：침약병용치료노년공능성편비료효현저。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect treatment senile functional constipation with acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:240 cases of elderly patients with functional constipation from 2012,3 to 2014,9 in our hospital were ran-domly divided into controled group and observaton group,120 cases in each group.The controled group was treated with zengye tongbian soup and the observation group with acupuncture therapy based on the controled group,treatment for two weeks1 courses.Two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with symptoms of integral and the total clinical efficacy.Results: After the treat-ment,the clinical symptom score of the two groups of patients before compared the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), with statistical significance after treatment and defecation cycle,defecation time symptom differences between groups(P <0.05),the treatment group than in control group;in the aspect of clinical curative effectof the treatment group total.The total effective rate was 89. 2%,69.2%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant clinical curative effect of the two groups(P <0.05).Con-clusion:combined use of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of elderly senile functional constipation was significant.
