中国传统养生主要从神养、行养、食养等方面着手。神养是养生诸法之首,包括德之养、情之养和趣之养三个方面,其中德之养居于核心地位;行养关注衣着、居室、睡眠、沐浴和房事等,尤其注重时间节律;食养时需注意饮食卫生、时间和量、营养构成、宜忌等,强调顺应体质和四时进行调养。

중국전통양생주요종신양、행양、식양등방면착수。신양시양생제법지수,포괄덕지양、정지양화취지양삼개방면,기중덕지양거우핵심지위;행양관주의착、거실、수면、목욕화방사등,우기주중시간절률;식양시수주의음식위생、시간화량、영양구성、의기등,강조순응체질화사시진행조양。
Chinese traditional health includes emotional health living health and diet health,etc..Emotional health is the most important one, including moral, emotional and hobbies’ health.Living health pays attention to dress, residence, bath, sleep and sex,especially attaches importance to the time rhythm.Diet health should pay attention to dietary hygiene,time and quantity,nutrition composition and taboo, takes notice of physical conditions and seasons.
