鲁迅生前所“攻击”的时弊并未“灭亡”，依然存在于20世纪90年代的中国社会；鲁迅生前所写的文字也并未“速朽”，依然对当下的社会有警醒作用。活跃在20世纪90年代文坛上的“后鲁迅风”作家，继承着鲁迅杂文的“文明批评”传统，对90年代大众文化的“病象”进行全方位的犀利批判。但值得注意的是，在多元化的90年代文化语境中，大众文化也有一定程度的存在合理性，不能对之采取简单的否定态度。
