中小企业出口竞争力问题是各国各级政府关注的重点，也是理论界研究的热点。广东中小企业外贸出口既有其比较优势，也有比较劣势。近年来，广东中小企业出口竞争力有所下降，应借鉴发达国家和地区的成功经验，加大财税支持力度，做好出口帮扶工作，引导企业优化调整产业和产品结构，加快产品和技术创新，通过产品差异化竞争战略提升企业出口竞争力。

Both governments and scholars focus on the issue of the SMEs exporting competence. The SMEs in Guangdong province has not only its comparative advantage but also disadvantage in exporting. In recent years, its exporting competence is decreasing, so it is necessary to learn from the developed nations and regions, give powerful support in financing and taxing, and guide on restructuring. Further more the SMEs themselves should innovate in technology and the exportable, and perform the strategies of differentiating and clustering.
