目的:探讨黄芪甲苷对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后脑组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF α)、白介素1β(IL 1β)含量的影响。方法将36例只 SD大鼠物随机分为假手术组、模型组、黄芪甲苷治疗组,每组12只。采用分光光度法及酶联免疫吸附法分别检测各组大鼠脑组织 MPO活性及 TNF α、IL 1β含量。结果与假手术组相比,模型组大鼠脑组织 MPO活性及TNF α、IL 1β含量明显增高(P<0.01);与模型组相比,黄芪甲苷治疗组大鼠脑组织MPO活性及TNF α、IL 1β含量明显减少(P<0.05)。结论黄芪甲苷可下调脑缺血再灌注后 MPO活性及 TNF α、IL 1β含量,从而减轻炎症反应,发挥脑保护作用。

목적:탐토황기갑감대대서뇌결혈재관주후뇌조직수과양화물매(MPO)활성급종류배사인자α(TNF α)、백개소1β(IL 1β)함량적영향。방법장36례지 SD대서물수궤분위가수술조、모형조、황기갑감치료조,매조12지。채용분광광도법급매련면역흡부법분별검측각조대서뇌조직 MPO활성급 TNF α、IL 1β함량。결과여가수술조상비,모형조대서뇌조직 MPO활성급TNF α、IL 1β함량명현증고(P<0.01);여모형조상비,황기갑감치료조대서뇌조직MPO활성급TNF α、IL 1β함량명현감소(P<0.05)。결론황기갑감가하조뇌결혈재관주후 MPO활성급 TNF α、IL 1β함량,종이감경염증반응,발휘뇌보호작용。
Objective To investigate the effects of astragaloside Ⅳ on the activity of myeloperoxidase(MPO)and content of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF α),interleukin 1 beta(IL 1β)after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.Methods Thirty six Sprague Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into sham operated group,model group,astragalosideⅣ group.The methods of pectropho-tometry and ELISA were respectively used to measure the activity of MPO and the content of TNF α,IL 1βin brains tissue.Results Compared with those in sham operated group,the activity of MPO and the content of TNF α,IL 1βincreased significantly in model group(P<0.01).Compared with those in model group,the activity of MPO and the content of TNF α,IL 1βdecreased sig-nificantly in astragaloside Ⅳ group (P<0.05).Conclusion Astragaloside Ⅳ can decrease the activity of MPO and the content of TNF α,IL 1βafter cerebral ischemia and reperfusion,and al eviate inflammation reaction which may be one of mechanisms of neu-roprotective effects of astragaloside Ⅳ on cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury.
