目的：探讨冠心病心绞痛各证候要素与相关因素的关联性。方法制定临床信息采集表，对符合纳入标准的患者进行信息采集，建立证候数据库，然后对各证候要素与相关因素关联性进行Logistic回归分析。结果冠心病心绞痛气虚证与高脂血症、血瘀证与高血压病、痰浊证与高嘌呤饮食及高脂血症、阴虚证与糖尿病、阳虚证与心绞痛类型、气滞证与性格关联性最强。结论冠心病心绞痛各证候要素与各自的相关影响因素密切相关。
목적：탐토관심병심교통각증후요소여상관인소적관련성。방법제정림상신식채집표，대부합납입표준적환자진행신식채집，건립증후수거고，연후대각증후요소여상관인소관련성진행Logistic회귀분석。결과관심병심교통기허증여고지혈증、혈어증여고혈압병、담탁증여고표령음식급고지혈증、음허증여당뇨병、양허증여심교통류형、기체증여성격관련성최강。결론관심병심교통각증후요소여각자적상관영향인소밀절상관。
Objective To explore the correlation between syndrome elements and the correlative factors in angina pectoris.Methods The clinical information col ection form was formulated.The patients who met the inclusive standards were enrol ed for the information col ection.The symptom database was set up.The logistic regression analysis was conducted for the correlation between syndrome el-ements and the correlative factors on coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Results The main correlations were qi deficiency syn-drome and hyperlipidemia,blood stasis syndrome and hypertension,phlegm stasis syndrome and slant purine diet and hyperlipi-demia,yin deficiency syndrome and diabetes,yang deficiency syndrome and the type of angina,qi stagnation syndrome and charac-teristic.Conclusion Syndrome elements and the correlative factors in angina pectoris are closely related.
