目的：探讨局麻下行微创经皮肾镜治疗输尿管上段嵌顿性结石并肾中、重度积水的方法和疗效。方法选取我院患者338例，其中全麻下行微创经皮肾镜碎石治疗220例（对照组）、局麻下行微创经皮肾镜碎石治疗118例（观察组），观察不同麻醉方式下手术的成功率、麻醉并发症、手术并发症、平均住院天数、平均住院费用、平均手术时间的状况。结果两种麻醉均无麻醉并发症、手术并发症发生，说明两种麻醉是安全有效的。局麻组平均住院天数较全麻组平均住院天数短，两样本平均住院天数u=6.34，P=0.00，差异具有统计学意义。结论两种麻醉方式对手术成功率无影响，而且局麻组的平均住院天数和平均费用较全麻组低，是治疗输尿管上段结石并肾中、重度积水的一种安全有效的方法。
目的：探討跼痳下行微創經皮腎鏡治療輸尿管上段嵌頓性結石併腎中、重度積水的方法和療效。方法選取我院患者338例，其中全痳下行微創經皮腎鏡碎石治療220例（對照組）、跼痳下行微創經皮腎鏡碎石治療118例（觀察組），觀察不同痳醉方式下手術的成功率、痳醉併髮癥、手術併髮癥、平均住院天數、平均住院費用、平均手術時間的狀況。結果兩種痳醉均無痳醉併髮癥、手術併髮癥髮生，說明兩種痳醉是安全有效的。跼痳組平均住院天數較全痳組平均住院天數短，兩樣本平均住院天數u=6.34，P=0.00，差異具有統計學意義。結論兩種痳醉方式對手術成功率無影響，而且跼痳組的平均住院天數和平均費用較全痳組低，是治療輸尿管上段結石併腎中、重度積水的一種安全有效的方法。
목적：탐토국마하행미창경피신경치료수뇨관상단감돈성결석병신중、중도적수적방법화료효。방법선취아원환자338례，기중전마하행미창경피신경쇄석치료220례（대조조）、국마하행미창경피신경쇄석치료118례（관찰조），관찰불동마취방식하수술적성공솔、마취병발증、수술병발증、평균주원천수、평균주원비용、평균수술시간적상황。결과량충마취균무마취병발증、수술병발증발생，설명량충마취시안전유효적。국마조평균주원천수교전마조평균주원천수단，량양본평균주원천수u=6.34，P=0.00，차이구유통계학의의。결론량충마취방식대수술성공솔무영향，이차국마조적평균주원천수화평균비용교전마조저，시치료수뇨관상단결석병신중、중도적수적일충안전유효적방법。
Objective To study the curative effect of anesthesia downlink of minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope in treatment of incarcerated in the upper ureter calculi and renal, severe water method. Methods Selected 338 cases patients in our hospital, including general anesthesia downlink of minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope lithotripsy in the treatment of 220 cases ( the control group ), local anesthesia downlink of minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope lithotripsy in the treatment of 118 cases ( the observation group ) and observe the surgical success rate under different anesthesia, anesthesia complications, surgical complications, average hospitalization days, average hospitalization expenses, the condition of the average operation time.ResultsThe two kinds of anesthesia without anesthesia complications, surgical complications, illustrates two kinds of anesthesia is safe and effective. the local anesthesia group average hospitalization days is average hospitalization days short general anesthesia group, two samples of the average hospitalization days, u=6.34,P=0.00, P<0.05, had difference staitstically significance.Conclusion Two kinds of impact on the success rate of surgery without anesthesia way, and the average hospitalization days of local anesthesia group and the average cost was lower than those of general anesthesia group, is on the treatment of ureteral Duan Jieshi and kidney, a safe and effective method for severe water.
