目的:探讨超声检查对胎儿肢体畸形的诊断效果。方法选取2012年3月~2015年3月经尸检或引产证实胎儿为肢体畸形的孕妇79例为研究对象,均于产前行超声检查,观察其对胎儿肢体畸形的检出情况。结果所选孕妇产前超声检查确诊71例,检出率为89.87%,其中足内翻检出率为84.00%、四肢短小、上肢畸形、股骨歪曲检、手畸形检出检出率均为100.00%、多(并)趾、指检出50.00%、肢体姿势异常检出率83.33%,多(并)趾、指检出率较其他类型低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;所选孕妇产前超声检查结果显示,孕11~17 W检出率45.45%、孕18~24 W检出率96.30%、孕25~32 W检出率100.00%、孕33~足月检出率92.31%,孕11~17 W检出率较其他孕期低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论产前超声检查,对胎儿肢体畸形筛查具有较高准确性。

Objective To investigate the ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal limb deformities.MethodsSelected 79 cases of pregnant women who verify fetal limb deformities by three menstrual autopsy or abortion from March 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital, both of them in prenatal ultrasound examination to observe for the detection of cases of fetal limb deformities.Results The selected prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of 71 cases, the detection rate was 89.87%, which strephenopodia detection rate of 84.00 percent, short limbs, upper limb deformity, femur distort seized, hand deformities were detected in the detection rate 100.00%, more (and) toe, finger detection 50.00%, the detection rate of abnormal limb posture 83.33%, more ( and) toe, ifnger detection rate was lower than other types,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance, prenatal selected ultrasound examination showed that 11 to 17 weeks of pregnancy detection rate 45.45%, 18 to 24 weeks of pregnancy detection rate of 96.30%, 25 to 32 weeks pregnant 100.00% detection rate, full-term pregnant 33 was 92.31% detection rate, pregnant 11 to 17 weeks of pregnancy detection rate was lower than the others,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. ConclusionPrenatal ultrasound, screening for fetal limb deformities has high accuracy.
