目的:检测1型糖尿病肾病不同病期患者的血清中糖化血红蛋白和胱抑素-C水平,评价其组合对1型糖尿病肾病早期诊断的价值。方法选择本院确诊为1型糖尿病肾病患者和同期健康体检者,各100例,采用BECKMAN CX4全自动生化分析仪同时检测样本血清中糖化血红蛋白和胱抑素-C的含量。结果1型糖尿病肾病患者检测血清中糖化血红蛋白和胱抑素-C浓度水平高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。1型糖尿病肾病患者不同病期的血清中糖化血红蛋白和胱抑素-C浓度水平呈递增性升高,趋势呈正相关,各期与1期比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论血清中糖化血红蛋白和胱抑素-C测定有助于1型糖尿病肾病早期诊断,能为临床医生提供可靠准确有价值的诊断指导依据。

Objective Through the 1 diabetes nephropathy patients with different disease period of serum glycated hemoglobin andcystatin C joint detection, evaluation of the combination 1 diabetes nephropathy early diagnosis value.Methods Selected 1 diagnosed diabetes nephropathy patients in our hospitalandsame period the healthy check-up patients, each group had 100 cases, adopt BECKMAN CX 4, automatic biochemical analyzer and testing sample serum glycated hemoglobin and cystatin C. Results1 diabetes nephropathy patients inmeasurement of serum glycated hemoglobin and bladder or element-C concentration level was higher thanthe controlgroup,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance, 1 diabetes nephropathy patients different disease period the serum glycatedhemoglobin and cystatin C concentration level wasincreasing resistance increases, a positive correlation between trend ,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Serum glycated hemoglobin and cystatin C determination helps to 1type diabetic nephropathy early diagnosis, clinical doctors can provide reliable accurate valuable diagnostic basis for guidance.
