检察官办案责任制改革的目的是为了保障检察机关独立行使检察权。基层检察院主办检察官改革虽然取得了成效，但在选任机制、保障机制、权责关系、运行模式等方面改革中出现一些问题，有必要构建合理的选任机制、完善检察官的保障机制、明确主办检察官的权责关系、建立多元的检察官办案模式，来完善检察官办案责任制改革措施。
檢察官辦案責任製改革的目的是為瞭保障檢察機關獨立行使檢察權。基層檢察院主辦檢察官改革雖然取得瞭成效，但在選任機製、保障機製、權責關繫、運行模式等方麵改革中齣現一些問題，有必要構建閤理的選任機製、完善檢察官的保障機製、明確主辦檢察官的權責關繫、建立多元的檢察官辦案模式，來完善檢察官辦案責任製改革措施。
검찰관판안책임제개혁적목적시위료보장검찰궤관독립행사검찰권。기층검찰원주판검찰관개혁수연취득료성효，단재선임궤제、보장궤제、권책관계、운행모식등방면개혁중출현일사문제，유필요구건합리적선임궤제、완선검찰관적보장궤제、명학주판검찰관적권책관계、건립다원적검찰관판안모식，래완선검찰관판안책임제개혁조시。
the reform of the responsibility system of prosecutors’ case handling is aimed to ensure that the procuratorial organs can implement their powers independently. Based on the grass-roots procuratorate’s reform, this essay introduces the achievements the grass-roots procuratorates have scored in the reform and analyzes the problems of the reform, such as the election mechanism, safeguard mechanism, authority-responsibility relationship,and operation model. Accordingly, this essay puts forward relevant suggestions to address these problems.
