针对大学生心理健康教育的现状,探索适合学生个性化发展的教学模式。通过SCL-90和UPI分析不同院系学生的差异,并通过实验组和对照组在心理健康教育课程前后的数据差异,证明不同的教学模式对心理健康影响的差异,并具体阐述影片赏析、游戏引导、角色扮演、案例分析等教学方式的运用。

In view of the current situation of college students ’ psychological health education, a model of teaching will be explored which is appropriate for students ’ individualized development. By means of SCL-90 and UPI to analyze the differences among students in different departments; by analyzing the data differences of the experimental group and matched group on taking the course of psychological health education before and af-ter, to demonstrate the different influences which various teaching models exert on psychological health; to specifically illustrate the application of teaching models, such as the analysis of films, the instruction of games, role play and cases analysis.
