目的 研究不同严重程度特应性皮炎患者Th17细胞及其相关细胞因子的变化,探讨其在特应性皮炎发病中的作用. 方法 采用流式细胞术检测不同严重程度特应性皮炎患者外周血Th17细胞的比例,采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定培养上清液中IL-6、IL-17表达水平, 以健康成人作为对照. 结果 特应性皮炎患者外周血Th17细胞及血清IL-6、IL-17水平增高且与严重程度呈正相关. 结论 Th17细胞及IL-6、IL-17可能在特应性皮炎发病过程中发挥重要作用.

목적 연구불동엄중정도특응성피염환자Th17세포급기상관세포인자적변화,탐토기재특응성피염발병중적작용. 방법 채용류식세포술검측불동엄중정도특응성피염환자외주혈Th17세포적비례,채용매련면역흡부시험측정배양상청액중IL-6、IL-17표체수평, 이건강성인작위대조. 결과 특응성피염환자외주혈Th17세포급혈청IL-6、IL-17수평증고차여엄중정도정정상관. 결론 Th17세포급IL-6、IL-17가능재특응성피염발병과정중발휘중요작용.
Objective To investigate the variations of Th17 cells and related cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with severity AD and explor their significance. Methods The levels of Th17 cells in peripheral blood of patients with severity AD and healthy controls were analyzed by flow cytometry. The levels of IL-6 and IL-17 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The levels of peripheral blood Th17 cells, IL-6 and IL-17 were increased in patients and positively correlated with the severity of AD. Conclusion The Th17 cells, IL-6 and IL-17 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of severity AD.
