目的 检测老年患者银屑病性关节炎(PsA)外周血中Th17/Treg以及相关细胞因子IL-17、TGF-β1的表达情况,研究在PsA发病中的作用. 方法 收集36例PsA患者作为研究对象,同时收集健康人群30例作为对照组. 流式细胞术检测外周血Th17细胞和CD4+CD25+Treg细胞亚群,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测IL-17、TGF-β1的水平.结果 Th17在PsA患者外周血中表达高于对照组(P<0.05),Treg在PsA患者和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PsA患者血清中IL-17表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05),TGF-β1表达水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05). 结论 Th17/Treg细胞相关的细胞因子IL-17、TGF-β1表达异常参与了PsA的发病过程.

Objective To study the alteration and its significance of cytokines interleukin(IL)-17, tumor growth factor(TGF)-β1 associated with Th17/Treg cell in psoriasis arthritis(PSA). Methods 36 patients with psoriasis arthritis were observed and 30 healthy people were enrolled as controls. The frequencies of Th17,Treg in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometric analysis. IL-17 and TGF-β1 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The levels of Th17 in peripheral blood were significantly increased in PsA compared with controls. There was no statistical difference between the two groups. Treg IL-17 were significantly increased in patients compared with that in controls (P<0.05). TGF-βwas decreased compared with controls (P<0.05). Conclusion Th17/Treg and its cytokines IL-17,TGF-β1 might play a roles in the pathogenesis of PsA.
