目的 观察白斑颗粒Ⅰ号方对白癜风患者Foxp3 mRNA表达的影响,阐明白斑Ⅰ号方治疗白癜风的作用机制. 方法 白癜风患者60例, 随机分为试验组和对照组各30例, 健康对照组30例, 采用RT-PCR方法检测各组PBMC中Foxp3 mRNA表达变化情况. 结果 白癜风患者组Foxp3 mRNA水平低于健康对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 实验组治疗3个月后Foxp3 mRNA水平高于治疗前, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 对照组治疗3个月后Foxp3 mRNA水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,实验组治疗前后外周血Foxp3 mRNA升高值高于对照组治疗前后外周血Foxp3 mRNA升高值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 白斑颗粒Ⅰ号可能通过上调调节T细胞功能,使PBMC Foxp3 mRNA恢复或接近正常水平达到治疗白癜风的目的.

목적 관찰백반과립Ⅰ호방대백전풍환자Foxp3 mRNA표체적영향,천명백반Ⅰ호방치료백전풍적작용궤제. 방법 백전풍환자60례, 수궤분위시험조화대조조각30례, 건강대조조30례, 채용RT-PCR방법검측각조PBMC중Foxp3 mRNA표체변화정황. 결과 백전풍환자조Foxp3 mRNA수평저우건강대조조, 차이유통계학의의(P<0.05); 실험조치료3개월후Foxp3 mRNA수평고우치료전, 차이유통계학의의(P<0.05); 대조조치료3개월후Foxp3 mRNA수평고우치료전,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);치료3개월후,실험조치료전후외주혈Foxp3 mRNA승고치고우대조조치료전후외주혈Foxp3 mRNA승고치,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05). 결론 백반과립Ⅰ호가능통과상조조절T세포공능,사PBMC Foxp3 mRNA회복혹접근정상수평체도치료백전풍적목적.
Objective To explore the effect of Baiban KeliⅠon Foxp3 mRNA in patients with vitiligo. Methods 60 vitiligo patients were randomized into two equalsized groups:the treatment group and the control group. 30 healthy people were choosen as healthy controls. The changes of the level of PBMC Foxp3 mRNA from patients in each group and healthy controls were detected by RT-PCR. Results Foxp3 mRNA in vitiligo group was obviously lower than that in normal control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Results showed that in the treatment group the expression of Foxp3 mRNA levels after three months was significantly higher than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The expression of Foxp3 mRNA level in control group was higher after treating for three months, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After three months' treatment,the difference value between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Baiban KeliⅠcan elevate PBMC Foxp3 transcription factor to normal or near normal levels in the patient with vitiligo by regulating the faction of regulatory T cell, so Baiban KeliⅠcan regulate the function of immume system.
