宁夏惠农渠灌域由于渠道砌护率低、输水损失大,致使渠道水利用系数偏低。通过对惠农渠现状工程运行情况及灌溉用水结构、用水量等的调查,从多方面分析灌域渠道砌护后的节水潜力,并对灌溉用水提出建议,为灌域的用水管理提供技术依据。

Due to a low lining rate and a large water conveyance loss in the Ningxia Huinong canal irrigation area, the canal's water use coefficient is low. Based on an investigation on the present situation of the canal's operation, irrigation water use structure and water consumption, the water-saving potential after the lining of the canals in the irrigation area are analyzed from various aspects. Some suggestions about the irrigation water use are put forward to provide a technological support for the water use management in the irrigation area.
