目的：探讨对使用胰岛素泵控制血糖的糖尿病患者进行护理的临床效果。方法：对2014年1月～2014年8月期间我院收治的24例使用胰岛素泵控制血糖的糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。我院通过对这24例患者进行护理，总结对使用胰岛素泵控制血糖的糖尿病患者进行护理的临床效果。结果：这24例患者在接受治疗和护理后，其餐前血糖均控制在4.5～7.6 mmol/L之间，餐后2h血糖均控制在5.2～11.0mmol/L之间。且所有患者在接受治疗和护理期间，均未出现低血糖及皮肤感染等并发症。结论：为糖尿病患者使用胰岛素泵控制血糖的临床效果显著，而加强对使用胰岛素泵控制血糖的糖尿病患者进行护理，可以有效地减少其出现低血糖及皮肤感染等并发症的几率。此法值得在临床上推广应用。
목적：탐토대사용이도소빙공제혈당적당뇨병환자진행호리적림상효과。방법：대2014년1월～2014년8월기간아원수치적24례사용이도소빙공제혈당적당뇨병환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。아원통과대저24례환자진행호리，총결대사용이도소빙공제혈당적당뇨병환자진행호리적림상효과。결과：저24례환자재접수치료화호리후，기찬전혈당균공제재4.5～7.6 mmol/L지간，찬후2h혈당균공제재5.2～11.0mmol/L지간。차소유환자재접수치료화호리기간，균미출현저혈당급피부감염등병발증。결론：위당뇨병환자사용이도소빙공제혈당적림상효과현저，이가강대사용이도소빙공제혈당적당뇨병환자진행호리，가이유효지감소기출현저혈당급피부감염등병발증적궤솔。차법치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective To discuss the application of insulin pump and clinical nursing method in patients with diabetes. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 24 diabetic patients using insulin pump to control blood sugar in our department from January 2014 to August 2014, combined with specialized nursing experience, observed the blood sugar control and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the use of insulin pump, and summarized the main points of nursing.Resu lts All patients using insulin pump could better control blood sugar in 5 to 7 days. Besides 1 person had a needle clogging, no complications happened such as hypoglycemia, skin infection and so on.Conclusion Insulin pump had the advantages of rapid and stable in the control of blood sugar. Strengthen the specialized nursing before and after installing the pump could play a role for decreasing the occurrence of adverse events such as skin infection and so on.
