随着我国城镇化战略以及高铁战略的加速推进，高铁新城热极一时。鉴于理论研究的缺位，笔者从交通、生态、土地、产业、旅游、政策等方面论述了高铁新城的独特驱动力；从“枢纽经济”、“周末经济”、“小众经济”、“产管分离”、“主副分离”、“候鸟企业”变“留鸟”、“职住异地化”等方面论证了高铁新城催生的衍生经济现象。期望能够丰富理论界对高铁新城的研究。

With the accelerated development of Chinese new urbanization strategy and high-speed rail strat-egy,High-Speed Rail New Town becomes a hot topic in many cities. Due to the absence of relative studies, the authors discuss the unique driving force of High-Speed Rail New Town from various perspectives,such as transportation,ecology,land,industries,tourism,policy etc.;and also demonstrate some derived economic phenomena including“hub economy”,“weekend economy”,“minority economy”,“production-management sep-aration”,“major-minor separation”,“From migratory enterprise to resident enterprise”,“work and live in dif-ferent locations”etc. This article will hopefully enrich the study of High-Speed Rail New Town in academia.
