For the main problems of the practice teaching conditions in vocational collages, the article analyzed and explored that independent development of experimental instruments is one of the best way to improve the conditions of practice teaching and it is necessary to update professional knowledge, to construct high-quality double qualiifed teacher teams, to reduce the teaching cost. Finally, the functions and effects of independent development of experimental instruments in improving laboratory facilities, innovating the experimental teaching content, promoting the integrates of producing, teaching and research was demonstrated through examples.
