目的：构建科学、客观、全面的临床护士文化能力量表。方法采用德尔菲法,对拟定的临床护理人员文化能力量表进行两轮专家咨询,获得专家的一致性同意,初步构建临床护理人员文化能力量表。结果初步构建的临床护理人员文化能力量表包含7个维度、14个次维度以及84个条目,专家判断系数为0.917、熟悉程度值为0.9、权威系数为0.909,两轮专家的有效问卷回收率均大于90%。30名临床护士的小样本验证显示内容效度0.88,Cronbach′s α系数为0.913。结论临床护理人员文化能力量表具有良好科学性和可行性,为测评临床护理人员文化能力提供工具。

Objective To construct a scientific, objective, and comprehensive clinical nurse culture competence scale. Methods By adopting Delphi method, the fitted clinical nurse culture competence scale was carried out two rounds experts′consultation to acquire expert′s consensus consent, so as to primarily construct clinical nurse culture competence scale. Results Primarily constructed clinical nurse culture competence scale maintain 7 dimensions, 14 sub-dimensions and 84 clauses; expert′s judging coefficient was 0. 917, value of mastery level 0. 9, authority coefficient 0. 909;the effective questionnaire collective rate was beyond 90%. The small sampling of 30 clinical nurses displayed that the content validity was 0. 88, and Cronbach′s Alpha coefficient was 0. 913. Conclusions Clinical nurse culture competence scale presented a excellent scientificalness and feasibility, so as to provide a tool for measuring clinical nursing staffs′ culture competence ability.
