今年药价改革如火如荼,各种改革办法、意见也相应出台.随着全面放开药价的呼声日趋高涨,政府"怎样放、放多少"的问题也引起高度的关注.通过对药价改革的历程梳理、结合目前出台的药价改革方式,分析药价虚高的原因,来清晰定位政府目前的角色、理解政府"放管结合"的管理方式,从而更好地发挥政府和市场这两只手的作用,推动药价改革顺利进行.
今年藥價改革如火如荼,各種改革辦法、意見也相應齣檯.隨著全麵放開藥價的呼聲日趨高漲,政府"怎樣放、放多少"的問題也引起高度的關註.通過對藥價改革的歷程梳理、結閤目前齣檯的藥價改革方式,分析藥價虛高的原因,來清晰定位政府目前的角色、理解政府"放管結閤"的管理方式,從而更好地髮揮政府和市場這兩隻手的作用,推動藥價改革順利進行.

With the reform of drug's price this year,all kinds of reform measures and policies are introduced accordingly. As the demand of fully open drug price is increasingly high,the questions of the government"how to put,put how much"are also highly aroused the concern. Through carding the reform's process of the drug prices and combining the reform way on drug prices,this paper analyses the reason of artificially high drug prices to clear position of the government now and understand the management style of the government's"relaxing and controls",so as to better play the role of"two hands"of government and market and push prices reform smoothly.
