The improvement on teaching quality of college aca-demic courses depends not only on the curriculum reform and in-novation but also on the proper positioning of teacher-student roles. The dilemma of academic courses teaching for senior undergraduate students was rooted in the fixed and mistaken role orientation of teacher and student. Based on the comparison of details in undergraduate and EMBA teaching, this article analyzes three positional misunderstandings of teacher-student roles in the academic courses teaching. On this basis, we establish the basic principles of teacher-student roles repositioning.
