法律翻译教学存在发展模式混乱、师资建设失衡、人才培养边缘化等问题。造成这些问题的原因主要有人才培养方案缺失、教学内容与课程设置缺少理论支撑、教学法过于陈旧、教学质量缺乏评估机制等。法律翻译教学诸多问题的解决路径应由合理规划法律翻译教学目标、组织设计法律翻译教学内容、持续强化高层次法律翻译师资队伍建设、建立科学高效的教学质量评估机制等具体途径组成。

The problems such as the confusion of the development mode, the imbalance of the teachers and the marginalization of legal translation teaching.The main reasons for these problems are the lack of personnel training program, teaching content and curriculum design and related theoretical support.Teaching method is too old and the lack of teaching quality evaluation mechanism are also added to those problems.Legal translation teaching should be make a reasonable plan of the teaching objectives and the teaching contents, and continue to strengthen the construction of high level legal translation teachers team and a scientific and effi-cient teaching quality evaluation mechanism as well.
