目的 评价磁热疗贴治疗痛经的有效性和安全性.方法 将72例符合入组条件的患者随机分为试验组(磁热疗贴组)和对照组(暖宫贴组),根据试验设定的有效性和安全性指标评价两者的有效性和安全性.结果 在有效性指标中,试验组与对照组有效率均为86.1%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.975>0.05).在安全性指标中,试验组与对照组不良事件发生率分别为5.6%和0,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.493>0.05).结论 磁热疗贴用于痛经的热敷治疗,疗效显著,安全性能良好.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of magnetocaloric hyperthermia stickers to treat dysmenorrhea.Methods72 patients were selected and randomly divided into trial group(magnetocaloric hyperthermia stickers group) and control group(Nuangong stickers group).The clinical effectiveness and safety of the two instruments were investigated according to the given indicators.Results The trial group and the control group,the total effective rate respectively were both 86.1%,there were no significant differences between the groups (P=0.975>0.05).The incidence rate of adverse events of the two groups were 5.6% and 0%,there were no significant differences between the groups(P=0.495>0.05).Conclusion It has obvious effect and good security of using magnetocaloric hyperthermia stickers to treat dysmenorrhea.
