目的：了解新疆地区职业病发病和报告情况，为做好职业病防治提供科学依据。方法：根据中国疾病预防控制信息系统子系统(健康危害因素监测信息系统)数据对2009-2013年新疆的职业病报告情况进行收集和分析，通过明确职责、开展宣传、人员培训以及建立工作制度等方法加强职业病网报工作。结果：2009-2013年底，新疆累计报告新发职业病病例1049例，急性农药中毒报告病例数35例，开展的职业健康体检总人数为136520人。结论：职业病防治形势依然严峻，主要以尘肺病为主，建议下一步应加大职业病防治经费投入，加强管理，强化职业病报告责任意识。
목적：료해신강지구직업병발병화보고정황，위주호직업병방치제공과학의거。방법：근거중국질병예방공제신식계통자계통(건강위해인소감측신식계통)수거대2009-2013년신강적직업병보고정황진행수집화분석，통과명학직책、개전선전、인원배훈이급건립공작제도등방법가강직업병망보공작。결과：2009-2013년저，신강루계보고신발직업병병례1049례，급성농약중독보고병례수35례，개전적직업건강체검총인수위136520인。결론：직업병방치형세의연엄준，주요이진폐병위주，건의하일보응가대직업병방치경비투입，가강관리，강화직업병보고책임의식。
Objective:To understand the status of occupation disease report in Xinjiang, provide a better scientific basis of occupation disease daily reporting in the next step of the work. Methods: The occupation disease report work was strengthened by methods of rule responsibility, to carry out propaganda, personnel training, establish a working system, occupational diseases data of Xinjiang collected from china information system for disease control and prevention system(health hazards monitoring information system) from year of 2009-2013 were analyzed. Results: From year of 2009 to 2013, there were 1049 cases of newly reported occupation disease, 35 cases of reported acute pesticide poisoning; the total number persons of reported occupation health examination are 136520.Conclusion: The incidence of occupational disease is serious, with pneumoconiosis as the main kinds of occupational diseases during 2009-2013 in Xinjiang. It is better to strengthen the occupation disease prevention funds, management and the occupation disease reporting responsibility consciousness.
