目的：基于医疗设备采购工作的需要，设计开发采购计划管理软件，实现医疗设备采购计划管理工作的自动化和信息化，为有序和有效采购设备提供依据。方法：采用C#语言开发， Oracle 10g为后台数据库提供数据存储与管理，以Web方式启动，将开发完成的系统投入各科室实践。结果：软件投入使用后运行良好，实现了对全院医疗设备采购计划全流程控制及统筹管理。结论：医疗设备采购计划管理软件适用于医院医疗设备的采购计划管理工作，实现了自动化及信息化，提高了设备采购的效率。

Objective:Based on the needs of medical equipment procurement, purchasing work plan management software is designed and developed to achieve the automation and informatizaton of medical equipment procurement plan management which provides a basis for orderly and efficient medical equipment purchasing.Methods: This medical equipment purchasing software which is started on the web way is developed by using C# language, meanwhile, oracle 10g is providing data storage and management for back-end database. And the completed system is put into practice in various departments.Results: The software works well when it is put into use which helps realize the whole process control and co-ordinate management of the hospital’s medical equipment purchase plan.Conclusion: The software applies for the management of medical equipment purchase plan, and it not only improves the efficiency of equipment purchase but also achieves the automation and informatization of medical equipment purchase plan management.
