应用型外语人才的培养必须立足于区域经济发展的需要。地方高校应结合区域经济发展的特点，从课程设置、专业学习、人才培养、师资培训等方面入手，调整并制定相应的学校体制和标准，使ESP人才的培养更具针对性，从而促进区域经济的快速发展。
應用型外語人纔的培養必鬚立足于區域經濟髮展的需要。地方高校應結閤區域經濟髮展的特點，從課程設置、專業學習、人纔培養、師資培訓等方麵入手，調整併製定相應的學校體製和標準，使ESP人纔的培養更具針對性，從而促進區域經濟的快速髮展。
응용형외어인재적배양필수립족우구역경제발전적수요。지방고교응결합구역경제발전적특점，종과정설치、전업학습、인재배양、사자배훈등방면입수，조정병제정상응적학교체제화표준，사ESP인재적배양경구침대성，종이촉진구역경제적쾌속발전。
Training of ESP personnel at tertiary level should be based on the demands of local economy development. Therefore, local colleges should consider the characteristics of the local economic development when making training programmes. The educational system and standard should be adjusted according to curriculum setting, majors and the training of ESP personnel as well as that of the faculty to speed up the development of local economy.
