目的:研制一种跟踪查找手术器械体内遗留的系统台车装置,避免术后器械遗留在患者体内,发生医疗事故。方法:采用手术前对器械扫描统计,术后扫描复位设计,利用称量和射频识别(RFID)定位技术对手术器械进行标定,完成术后对器械的核查。结果:该系统追踪数量与质量双重数据结果,保障了手术器械的全回收率。结论:所研制的智能追踪台车装置防器械遗留,可以减少医护人员审理和心理负担,有效降低医疗事故发生的概率。

Objective:To develop a system of car device tracing legacy devices for resolving the postoperative operation equipment left inside the patient and reducing the occurrence of medical accidents which is not necessary.Methods: Using preoperative scanning instrument scan statistic, design idea of resetting, the equipment calibrated by weighing and RFID positioning technology, completes the postoperative of instrument verification to prevent the legacy of the objective. Results:The quantity and quality of the data results of dual system, guarantee the operation instrument full recovery.Conclusion: Using instruments left the program developed, can reduce the medical staff of physical and psychological burden, can effectively reduce the probability of medical accidents.
