目的:研究基于小波变换的自适应去噪阈值计算方法,以提高多普勒胎儿监护仪监护的准确性和便捷性。方法:对多普勒回波信号软件去噪和采用五点三次滤波预处理进行分析,提出了一种基于小波变换的胎心率去噪阈值计算方法,并在实际应用中进行修正。结果:小波变换阈值去噪,通过对原始信号和染噪信号进行软硬阈值的处理,采用db1小波进行3层分解,并提取相应系数,进而重构出去噪后的胎心率信号,噪声水平明显下降。结论:基于小波变换的胎心率去噪方法,噪声水平明显下降。后续设计可通过合理选择小波基和变换系数,在单片机或专用的数据处理芯片处理胎心率,使软硬件结合达到更好的去噪效果。

Objective:To effectively improve the accuracy and convenience of fetal monitoring based on doppler.Methods: According to analyze the characteristics of doppler echo signal include spatial correlation filtering and de-noising by the software. A computational method of adaptive denoising by soft-thresholding based on wavelet transforms is proposed.Results:And modified in the practical application, the results show that the noise level of the fetal heart rate based on wavelet transform is obviously decreased.Conclusion: The follow-up design can improve by reasonable selecting wavelet Base and transform coefficients; increasing clinical samples, combining development with hardware research, and using microcontroller or special data processing chip to process fetal heart rate for a better de-noising effect.
