企业财务转型对财务人才的胜任能力提出了新的要求，高端、复合型财务人才成为需求重点。高校作为财务人才的主要培养者，应该适应企业财务转型带来的人才需求变化，对财会教育做出相应调整。拟从教育理念的转变、课程设置、教学手段以及师资水平的提升方面探讨高校财会教育如何进行改革，以适应企业财务转型对财务人才的需求。
企業財務轉型對財務人纔的勝任能力提齣瞭新的要求，高耑、複閤型財務人纔成為需求重點。高校作為財務人纔的主要培養者，應該適應企業財務轉型帶來的人纔需求變化，對財會教育做齣相應調整。擬從教育理唸的轉變、課程設置、教學手段以及師資水平的提升方麵探討高校財會教育如何進行改革，以適應企業財務轉型對財務人纔的需求。

Corporate financial transformation has challenged the professional capacity of financial staff, and the inter-discipli-nary financial staffs has been attracted much more attention .As the main trainer of financial talents, universities should adapt to the changes of financial talents demand and make corresponding adjustment to the changes .This paper raises some suggestions for universities how to accommodate challenges, including the educational ideas, the changes of curriculum and teaching means.
