目的 探讨支气管肺炎患者采取布地奈德与异丙托溴铵联合治疗的临床效果.方法 抽取本院接诊的支气管肺炎患者60例进行研究,入院后皆签署知情同意书愿意配合本次研究,随机均分为两组,各30例.对照组患者实施常规治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用布地奈德与异丙托溴铵联合治疗,对比分析两组患者临床效果,以及咳嗽、细湿罗音与气促等症状改善时间.结果 研究组临床总有效显著高于对照组,同时咳嗽、细湿啰音与气促等症状改善时间均显著低于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 支气管肺炎患者实施布地奈德与异丙托溴铵联合治疗,可取得比较良好的效果,疗效确切,同时患者临床症状改善更快,有很高的临床价值,值得借鉴.

목적 탐토지기관폐염환자채취포지내덕여이병탁추안연합치료적림상효과.방법 추취본원접진적지기관폐염환자60례진행연구,입원후개첨서지정동의서원의배합본차연구,수궤균분위량조,각30례.대조조환자실시상규치료,연구조환자재대조조치료기출상가용포지내덕여이병탁추안연합치료,대비분석량조환자림상효과,이급해수、세습라음여기촉등증상개선시간.결과 연구조림상총유효현저고우대조조,동시해수、세습라음여기촉등증상개선시간균현저저우대조조,조간비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05혹P<0.01).결론 지기관폐염환자실시포지내덕여이병탁추안연합치료,가취득비교량호적효과,료효학절,동시환자림상증상개선경쾌,유흔고적림상개치,치득차감.
Objective To explore the clinical value of budesonide combined with ipratropium in the treatment of patients with bronchopneumonia.Methods60 patients with bronchopneumonia who were admitted to our hospital were selected as research subjects and they all signed informed consent form to cooperate in this research.Patients were randomly allocated to the research group and the control group,with 30 in each.Patients in the control group were received routine treatment while patients in the research group were received combine treatment of budesonide combined with ipratropium on a basis of treatment in the control group.Clinical effects and symptom improved time including coughing,fine and moist rale sounds,anhelation et al.Of two groups were compared.ResultsThe clinical total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group.In addition,symptom improved time including coughing,fine and moist rale sounds,anhelation et al.Of the research group were all significantly shorter than those in the control group.Differences of compared groups have statistically significance (P<0.05 orP<0.01).Conclusion The combined treatment of budesonide and ipratropium of patients with bronchopneumonia has a better and accurate curative effect and a shorter symptom improved time which has a very high clinical value,worthy of learning.
