在机器采收红花过程中,难度在于花丝易掉落,果球易损伤,采收效率低。研究利用 TRIZ 理论完成采收系统的设计和系统关键部件的创新设计,建立采收系统“物-场”模型,通过分析花丝与果球的分离过程,建立并完善采收系统“物-场”模型,通过增加气流辅助场的形式完善“物-场”关系,确立引拢、分离、收集过程的采收系统。通过对采收系统的物理矛盾分析,利用分离原理完成采收系统传动设计;利用技术矛盾冲突原理分析皮辊的结构形式和工作原理,总结出子系统存在的利与害,用TRIZ理论中的工程参数定义矛盾,建立冲突矛盾矩阵,借助 TRIZ创新解决原理,完成对皮辊结构的创新设计。

In the process of saffron machine harvest become difficulty lies in filaments are easy to fall, the bouquet is easy to damage,picking efficiency is lower.In this research,TRIZ theory is used to complete the design concept of the picking system and improve the key components in system.‘Substance-field’ model of harvest system is established.By analyzing the process of separating filaments and curd,and com-pleting ‘substance-field’of harvest system,to ensure through increase air assisted field form to realize the ideal relationship,to built leading,separation,collection of recovery system.Through physical contradic-tions on the recovery system analysis,using the separation principle in completing motor drive design.Ac-cording to the technical conflict theory analysis the structure and working principle of the roller,summa-rized the existing benefits and weakness in this system,used engineering parameters defining the contradic-tion in the theory of TRIZ,established the conflict matrix,get innovation to solve principle,complete the creative design of roller structure.
