针对番茄酱生产过程中的杀菌工艺温度控制问题,开发了一种 Fuzzy-PID番茄酱套管杀菌温度控制器,并且介绍了控制器的开发过程。以PID控制器为核心,将模糊算法与 PID控制策略结合起来,用于惯性、滞后系统的温度控制。利用 Matlab进行仿真研究,结果表明:Fuzzy-PID控制系统动静态性能变好,系统响应速度加快,相对稳定性变好,尤其表现在系统的抗干扰性和鲁棒性等方面。
針對番茄醬生產過程中的殺菌工藝溫度控製問題,開髮瞭一種 Fuzzy-PID番茄醬套管殺菌溫度控製器,併且介紹瞭控製器的開髮過程。以PID控製器為覈心,將模糊算法與 PID控製策略結閤起來,用于慣性、滯後繫統的溫度控製。利用 Matlab進行倣真研究,結果錶明:Fuzzy-PID控製繫統動靜態性能變好,繫統響應速度加快,相對穩定性變好,尤其錶現在繫統的抗榦擾性和魯棒性等方麵。

Aimed at the casing sterilization process temperature control problem in process of the pro-duction of tomato paste,a Fuzzy-PID ketchup casing sterilization temperature controller was developed and the development process of the controller was introduced.The PID controller was taking as the core,com-bined with fuzzy algorithm and PID control strategy,and then applied to the inertial lag system.Using Mat-lab for simulation study,the results showed that the dynamic and static performances of Fuzzy-PID control system were improved,system response time was reduced,relative stability got better,especially exhibited in anti-j amming performance and robustness.
