教参是教师的得力助手,在备课和课堂教学过程中,教参可以帮助教师扩展教学思路,丰富授课内容,节省教师查找资料的时间,为教师的课堂教学提供很大的便利。但是教参又不是万能的,其作用具有一定的局限性。一个好教师就是要善于从各种教学参考资料中吸取对自己有用的东西,在参考和借鉴别人资料的过程中,不搞“拿来主义”,不是“人云亦云”,而要“去粗取精”,“去伪存真”,有错必纠,填空补缺,使自己的教学内容和教学形式达到一个最高境界。

Teaching reference books are of great help to teachers in the process of course preparation and classroom teaching. They can help expand teachers’ train of thought, enrich the content of classroom teaching, save much time on the part of teachers in searching relevant material, thus greatly facilitating the teachers’ work. However, teaching reference books are not omnipotent. Their role is rather limited in a sense. A teacher should be good at drawing useful and valuable things from such reference materials and abandoning all the false and erroneous elements, optimizing both what is taught and how it is taught.
