采用单因素实验探讨了不同因素对活性红X-3B上染无尘原纸的上染百分率的影响,并用正交实验确定最佳上染百分率和最小分光反射率即最大K/S值染色工艺,为无尘原纸染色的影响因素及染色工艺提供了研究方法和思路。结果表明,当温度为60℃、NaCl用量30g/l、Na2CO3用量40g/l、染料浓度2%、浴比1∶30,最大上染率为76.5%;当温度60℃、NaCl用量35g/l、Na2CO3用量30g/l、染料浓度4%、浴比1∶40,最大K/S值为15.7。

Different factors on the effects of dyeing rate of air-laid paper dyed by reactive red X-3B with single factor experiment, and determine the best dyeing rate and the minimum reflectance also on behalf of the maximum K/S value using orthogonal experiment, which provides research methods and ideas for dyeing air-laid paper. The results showed that when the temperature is 60℃, the dosage of NaCl is 30g/l, Na2CO3 is 40g/l, the dye concentration is 2%, the bath ratio is 1 to 30, the maximum dyeing rate is 76.5%; when the temperature is 60℃, the dosage of NaCl is 35g /l, Na2CO3 is 30g/l, dye concentration is 4%, bath ratio is 1 to 40, the maximum K/S value is 15.7.
