目的 建立测定扁枝槲寄生中齐墩果酸的RP-HPLC法.方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法:Sepax Sapphire C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);柱温17℃,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.05%醋酸铵(69:12:21),流速0.9mL/min,检测波长:210nm.结果 齐墩果酸在1.2~2.4μg范围内与峰面积成良好线性关系(R=0.9992),回收率为97.6%.结论 本方法操作简便,测定结果准确、重现性好,可用于扁枝槲寄生药材及饮片的质量控制.

목적 건립측정편지곡기생중제돈과산적RP-HPLC법.방법 채용반상고효액상색보법:Sepax Sapphire C18색보주(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);주온17℃,류동상위을정-갑순-0.05%작산안(69:12:21),류속0.9mL/min,검측파장:210nm.결과 제돈과산재1.2~2.4μg범위내여봉면적성량호선성관계(R=0.9992),회수솔위97.6%.결론 본방법조작간편,측정결과준학、중현성호,가용우편지곡기생약재급음편적질량공제.
Objective To establish a determination method of oleanolic acid in Viscum articulatum by RP-HPLC.Methods The determination was carried out by RP-HPLC: The analytical column was Sepax Sapphire C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) and the column temperature was 17℃,it applied with acetonitrile-methyl alcohol-0.05% ammonium acetate (69:12:21) as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.9 mL/min,the UV detection wave length was 210nm.Results Oleanolic acid showed a good linearity in range of 1.2-2.4μg (R2=0.9992),the average recovery was 97.6%.Conclusion The method is simple,the result is accurate and has a good reproducibility,it can be used to quality control of viscum articulatum.
