采用水肥2因素大田试验,探讨了西兰花水肥耦合处理组合效应,寻找最优肥水组合.试验当地滴灌水量(W1),比 W1节水20%的灌水量(W2),比 W1节水40%的灌水量(W3)3个滴灌水平和根据目标水平计算的施肥量(F1),比 F1节肥20%施肥量(F2),比 F1节肥30%施肥量(F3),比 F1节肥40%施肥量(F4)4个施肥水平.在不同生育时期测定植物生化指标,并于采收后测定其产量.结果表明:西兰花的根体积在采收期中水中肥(F3 W2)和低水中肥(F3 W3)处理最好,低肥处理根系体积比中肥和高肥处理要差.西兰花体内 SOD、POD和 MDA 均随着西兰花生育期的推进而逐渐增加.肥料对 SOD含量影响较大,在低肥处理中西兰花体内 SOD含量较低,POD含量恰好与 SOD相反,在低肥条件下POD含量整体比高、中肥条件下高.在莲座期中水中肥(F2 W2)处理条件下 MDA含量最低,分别比 F3 W2、F3 W3和 F4 W1处理低7.0%、6.8%和4.8%.中水中肥(F2 W2和 F3 W2)条件下西兰花产量分别达到1936.25 kg/667m2和1929.25 kg/667m2,比产量最低的低水低肥(F4 W3)处理高49.8%和50.3%.在中水中肥条件下,西兰花产量最高,保护性酶系统活性也较高,所以中水中肥可满足作物的生长需求,水肥耦合效果最好.

The study aimed to discuss the physiological responses of broccoli to water and fertilizer cou-pling to find the optimum water and fertilizer treatments.A field experiment was carried out to study the effects of different water and fertilizer coupling on cell defense enzyme and yield.In harvesting period,the root volume of broccoli was the best in the middle water and fertilizer combination and the low water and fertilizer.Low fertilizer was better than high fertilizer and middle fertilizer combination SDO,POD and MDA in broccoli increased with the advancement of reproductive period.Fertilizer had greater influence on content of SOD,at low level treatment,SOD content was lower.In contract,POD in low fertilizer level was higher than high and middle level.At rosette stage,MDA content of F2 W2 was the lowest,and less than F3 W2 ,F3 W3 ,F4 W1 by 7%,6.8% and 4.8%.F2 W2 and F3 W2 treatments had is the optimum effect,reached 1 936.25 kg/667m2 and 1929.25 kg/667m2 ,which were higher than F4 W3 by 49.8% and 50.3%.Middle water and fertilizer resulted in the maximum yield and cell defense enzyme activity.It is suggested that middle water and fertilizer treatments satisfy the plant growing and bring to bear water and fertilizer cou-pling effectiveness.
