试验以‘中甘11号’为试验材料,根据灌溉频率设置了4个水分梯度 W12(12 d 灌水1次)、W10(10 d 灌水1次)、W8(8 d灌水1次)、W6(6天灌水1次)和3个氮肥(尿素)处理水平 N1(100 g)、N2(150 g)、N3(200 g),研究了水氮互作对结球甘蓝光合特性、产量及品质的影响。结果表明:N2 W10处理能显著提高结球甘蓝的光合特性指数、产量及有机酸含量,N3 W10处理有利于甘蓝 VC、脯氨酸的积累,N1 W8处理的甘蓝蛋白质和可溶性糖含量均高于其他处理。

Effect of water and nitrogen interaction on photosynthesis characteristics,yield and quality of cabbage were studied.This experiment set four water degrees (W12 ,W10 ,W8 ,W6 )and three nitrogen de-grees (N1 ,N2 ,N3 ),in which its materials was the cabbage variety of Zhonggan 1 1 .The results indicated that photosynthesis characteristics,yield and organic acid content of cabbage were improved significantly under N2 W10 treatment.The contents of VC and proline under N3 W10 treatment were super than other treatments.N1 W8 treatment was benefit for soluble sugar and protein accumulation.
