目的 建立姜黄用工业染料金胺O非法染色的检查方法.方法采用TLC法、HPLC-PAD法、HPLC-MS法,对多批次姜黄样品进行定性定量分析.结果 经检测30批市售样品中,有18批检出金胺,其质量浓度在0.12~0.86mg/g.结论 姜黄染色所用化工原料为金胺O,本研究所建立的检测方法,可以满足定性定量的要求.

Objective Establishment of turmeric with industrial dye staining auramine O illegal screening method.Methods The technique of TLC,HPLC-PAD and HPLC-MS were developed for qualitation and quantitative analysis mutiple batches of samples turmeric.ResultsAfter testing 30 batches of commercial samples,six batches detected in auramine,its content in the 0.12~0.86mg/g.Conclusion Turmeric staining with chemical raw materials for auramine O,detection method established in this paper,to meet with qualitative and quantitative requirements.
