目的 对细穗红三七Polygonum suffultum var.pergracile进行性状鉴别、显微鉴别和总蒽醌含量测定.方法 性状鉴别及显微鉴别采用形态学和组织学鉴别方法,总蒽醌含量测定采用分光光度法.结果 细穗红三七根茎和叶薄壁细胞中含草酸钙簇晶;粉末中可见纤维、不定式气孔、非腺毛和草酸钙簇晶.细穗红三七总蒽醌含量为1.0%~1.5%.结论 上述性状及显微特征和总蒽醌含量测定可用于细穗红三七药材的质量鉴定.

목적 대세수홍삼칠Polygonum suffultum var.pergracile진행성상감별、현미감별화총은곤함량측정.방법 성상감별급현미감별채용형태학화조직학감별방법,총은곤함량측정채용분광광도법.결과 세수홍삼칠근경화협박벽세포중함초산개족정;분말중가견섬유、불정식기공、비선모화초산개족정.세수홍삼칠총은곤함량위1.0%~1.5%.결론 상술성상급현미특정화총은곤함량측정가용우세수홍삼칠약재적질량감정.
Objective To establish a microscope identification method and to determine total anthraquinones content ofPolygonum suffultum var.pergracile.Methods Morphological and histological methods be used for microscope identification,Spectrophotometry be used for determination of total anthraquinones content.Results There are clusters crystals instems in rhizome and leaf of Polygonum suffultum var.pergracile; Anomocytic type stomas,fibers,non-glandular hairs and clusters crystals instems are visible in powder.The content of total anthraquinones was 1.0%-1.5%.ConclusionThe microscopic character and the determination method of total anthraquinones content can be used for the quality determination ofPolygonum suffultum var.pergracile.
