大学内部治理是对大学内部各种利益主体关系的协调。教育正义是大学治理最基本的价值前提，大学内部治理应当以教育正义为依据。但现实中大学对功利的追求、行政的泛化、依附的文化导致大学内部治理中教育正义缺失，需要通过多元利益主体参与和评价大学内部治理以及大学章程的制度保障来确保大学内部治理始终以教育正义为价值依据。
