高校工资制度关系到教师的切身利益,直接影响到高校的工作效率。在高校实行绩效工资制度能够激发教师的工作活力,促进其教学、科研及社会服务水平的提高。由于高校组织具有自身的特殊性,在实施绩效工资制度的实践中,还有很多问题亟待解决。因此,从作用机制入手对我国高校教师绩效工资制度进行适用性分析具有较强的现实意义。

The salary system of universities has relationship with teachers' immediate interests, and affects the work efficiency directly. Implementing merit pay system in colleges and universities shall be able to arouse teachers' vitality, promote the improvement of teaching, scientific research and social service. Due to the particularity of university organization, there are still many problems needing to be solved during the implementing process of merit pay system. Therefore, analyzing the applicability of merit pay system from the perspective of the mechanism has strong practical significance.
