以婺江流域兰溪市烟溪村为研究地区,利用传统统计学方法对油菜地、苗圃地、菜地、黄豆地、棉花地5种土地利用类型下土壤碳氮的垂直分布特征进行比较分析,目的为烟溪村土地资源的合理利用与施肥提供科学依据.结果表明:农田不同种植方式下土壤有机碳、全氮差异显著,0~20 cm表层土壤有机碳含量排序:菜地>苗圃地>油菜地>黄豆地>棉花地,菜地有机碳含量明显大于其他土地利用类型;40~60 cm土层,苗圃地的有机碳累积含量最高,为21.63 g/kg,棉花地累积含量最低,为6.93 g/kg;0~10 cm土层,土壤全氮含量的垂直空间分布表现:菜地>苗圃地>油菜地>棉花地>黄豆地.随着土层的加深,全氮含量逐渐下降, 30 cm土层以下各土地利用类型全氮含量变化不明显.农田5种不同土地利用类型下,有机碳和全氮含量均表现出随土层的深入而降低,0~30 cm土层,有机碳和全氮含量下降明显;30 cm土层以下变化不大.

Based on the field surveys and laboratory analysis , a comparative study was made of the vertical distribution characteristics of soil organic carbon (SOC) and total N(TN) of rapeseed land, nursery land, veg-etable land , soybean land , cotton land in the area of Wujiang of Lanxi city by using conventional statistics to provide a scientific basis for rational use of land resources and fertilization for Yanxi village.The results showed that:the contents of SOC , TN were significantly influenced by land uses , the content of SOC under different land uses in the surface soil (0~20 cm) were as the following orders:vegetable land>seedling nurs-ery land>rapeseed land>soybean land>cotton land.In the soil layer(40~60 cm), the accumulation of or-ganic carbon content of seedling nursery land was 21.63 g/kg, higher than other land use types , the accumu-lation of cotton land was the lowest with 6.93 g/kg.In the soil layer(0~10 cm), the vertical distribution of soil total N content were as follows:vegetable land>seedling nursery land >rapeseed land>cotton land>soy-bean land.Soil organic carbon and total nitrogen content decreased gradually with the increase of soil depth on 5 kinds of land use types.In the soil layer ( 0~30 cm ) , soil organic carbon and total nitrogen content de-creased significantly , soil layer changed little below 30 cm.
