通过对四所高校特殊教育专业课程体系设置的对比研究,发现在学科基础课程、专业核心课程等课程设置方面存在巨大差异,这些差异突显出四所高校对于特殊教育专业教师素养的认识等问题存在显著分歧。鉴于此,需要重视特殊教育教师专业标准的指导作用,加强对特殊教育师资培养的实验研究,深化对特殊教育专业培养方案的研究,着力构建高校与特殊教育学校或机构的教师教育一体化的培养体系。

The talent training scheme of special education plays a vital role in training special education teachers. This comparative study on the system of professional curriculum finds great differences in the system of basic curriculums, core curriculums, directed curriculums, practical curriculums and teacher education curriculums in four universities, which highlights the varified understanding of what professional qualities are in need. A series of measures on special education teacher training should be implemented, including accelerating professional standards establishment, enhancing experimental research, furthering the research on talent training scheme, and integrating teacher education training system between universities and special education schools or institutions.
