为了探讨脑红蛋白(NGB)在牦牛与黄牛胃中的表达差异,试验选择健康成年牦牛与黄牛各5头,利用免疫组织化学染色 SP法,观察脑红蛋白在牦牛与黄牛瘤胃、网胃、瓣胃及皱胃组织中的表达差异.结果表明:NGB在牦牛和黄牛胃中均有分布,分别表达于瘤胃、网胃、瓣胃的黏膜上皮和固有层,以及皱胃的黏膜上皮和胃底腺.牦牛和黄牛瘤胃、网胃、瓣胃黏膜上皮 NGB的表达强度均高于固有层,皱胃黏膜上皮和胃底腺 NGB的表达强度相当.半定量分析结果表明,NGB在牦牛瘤胃、瓣胃黏膜上皮和固有层以及皱胃黏膜上皮和胃底腺中的阳性表达强度均显著高于黄牛(P<0.05),而在网胃黏膜上皮和固有层中牦牛与黄牛的 NGB 阳性表达差异不显著(P>0.05). NGB在牦牛与黄牛胃中的表达,提示其在胃部生理活动尤其是氧代谢环节中发挥着重要作用.牦牛胃部分组织中NGB的表达强度高于黄牛,可能与其对高原低氧环境的适应性有关.
為瞭探討腦紅蛋白(NGB)在牦牛與黃牛胃中的錶達差異,試驗選擇健康成年牦牛與黃牛各5頭,利用免疫組織化學染色 SP法,觀察腦紅蛋白在牦牛與黃牛瘤胃、網胃、瓣胃及皺胃組織中的錶達差異.結果錶明:NGB在牦牛和黃牛胃中均有分佈,分彆錶達于瘤胃、網胃、瓣胃的黏膜上皮和固有層,以及皺胃的黏膜上皮和胃底腺.牦牛和黃牛瘤胃、網胃、瓣胃黏膜上皮 NGB的錶達彊度均高于固有層,皺胃黏膜上皮和胃底腺 NGB的錶達彊度相噹.半定量分析結果錶明,NGB在牦牛瘤胃、瓣胃黏膜上皮和固有層以及皺胃黏膜上皮和胃底腺中的暘性錶達彊度均顯著高于黃牛(P<0.05),而在網胃黏膜上皮和固有層中牦牛與黃牛的 NGB 暘性錶達差異不顯著(P>0.05). NGB在牦牛與黃牛胃中的錶達,提示其在胃部生理活動尤其是氧代謝環節中髮揮著重要作用.牦牛胃部分組織中NGB的錶達彊度高于黃牛,可能與其對高原低氧環境的適應性有關.

NGB재모우여황우위중적표체,제시기재위부생리활동우기시양대사배절중발휘착중요작용.모우위부분조직중NGB적표체강도고우황우,가능여기대고원저양배경적괄응성유관.
In order to explore the expressive differences of neuroglobin (NGB)in the stomach between yak and cattle,the healthy adult yak and cattle were chosen to study the expressive differences of NGB a-mong their rumens,reticulums,omasums and abomasums by immunohistochemical SP technique.The re-sults showed that there were NGB positive expression in the stomach of yak and cattle,which was ex-pressed in the mucosa epithelium and lamina propria of the rumen,reticulum and omasum,besides the mu-cosa epithelium and fundic gland of the abomasum.The expression of NGB in rumen,reticulum and the mu-cosa epithelium of the omasum of the yak and cattle was stronger than that in the lamina propria,while the expressive intensity of NGB in the mucosa epithelium of abomasums and fundic gland were quite same.The result of the semiquantitative analysis showed that the positive expression of NGB in rumen,the mucosa epithelium of the omasum,lamina propria,the mucosa epithelium of abomasums and fundic gland of yak were much stronger than those of cattle,while there was no significant difference between the positive ex-pression of NGB in the mucosa epithelium of reticulum lamina propria of the yak and that in cattle.The ex-pression of NGB in the stomach of yak and cattle showed that NGB plays an important role in the physio-logical activity of stomach,especially in the procedure of oxygen utilization.The expressive intensity of NGB in the stomach of yak was stronger than in cattle which might be correlated with its adaptation to high altitude hypoxia environment.
