目的 探讨小鼠正常脑脊液镁离子的浓度及血清镁离子浓度改变后对它的影响.方法 使用戊巴比妥钠(50mg/kg)麻醉动物.在鼠尾尖端1~1.5cm处剪断鼠尾,收集血液;剥离小鼠后颈部皮肤肌肉,暴露硬脑膜,使用蝶形针在枕大池内吸取脑脊液;用感应耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)检测C57BL/6型(B6型)和ICR型小鼠正常脑脊液和血清镁离子浓度,并检测B6型小鼠腹腔注射硫酸镁(1.23g/kg) 20min、40min、2h、4h后脑脊液和血清镁离子浓度的改变.结果 正常B6型小鼠脑脊液和血清镁离子浓度分别是(0.89±0.11)mM和(1.38±0.12)mM.正常ICR型小鼠脑脊液和血清镁离子浓度分别是(1.00±0.12)mM和(1.10±0.09)mM.B6型小鼠腹膜内注射硫酸镁后血清镁离子浓度从(1.38±0.12)mM(正常水平)增加到(8.68 ± 1.85)mM(注射20min后,P<0.01)、(7.58±0.67)mM(40min后,P<0.01)、(3.56 ± 0.96) mM(2h后,P<0.01)并在4h后减少到正常水平(F=1.514),而脑脊液镁离子浓度未发生明显改变(F =126.884,P>0.05).结论 小鼠脑脊液镁离子浓度不随血清镁离子浓度升高而改变.

목적 탐토소서정상뇌척액미리자적농도급혈청미리자농도개변후대타적영향.방법 사용무파비타납(50mg/kg)마취동물.재서미첨단1~1.5cm처전단서미,수집혈액;박리소서후경부피부기육,폭로경뇌막,사용접형침재침대지내흡취뇌척액;용감응우합등리자체질보의(ICP-MS)검측C57BL/6형(B6형)화ICR형소서정상뇌척액화혈청미리자농도,병검측B6형소서복강주사류산미(1.23g/kg) 20min、40min、2h、4h후뇌척액화혈청미리자농도적개변.결과 정상B6형소서뇌척액화혈청미리자농도분별시(0.89±0.11)mM화(1.38±0.12)mM.정상ICR형소서뇌척액화혈청미리자농도분별시(1.00±0.12)mM화(1.10±0.09)mM.B6형소서복막내주사류산미후혈청미리자농도종(1.38±0.12)mM(정상수평)증가도(8.68 ± 1.85)mM(주사20min후,P<0.01)、(7.58±0.67)mM(40min후,P<0.01)、(3.56 ± 0.96) mM(2h후,P<0.01)병재4h후감소도정상수평(F=1.514),이뇌척액미리자농도미발생명현개변(F =126.884,P>0.05).결론 소서뇌척액미리자농도불수혈청미리자농도승고이개변.
Objective To study the influence of changes of cerebrospinal fluid magnesium concentration and serum magnesium concentration in mice.MethodsTo anaesthetize animal using by pentobarbital sodium (50mg/kg).To shear off the mice tail at 1-1.5cm rattail tip to collect blood,to peel the skin and muscle on mice posterior neck to expose endocranium,to absorb cerebrospinal fluid at cisterna magna used by butterfly needle.To detect the cerebrospinal fluid and serum magnesium concentration of C57BL/6 (B6) and ICR mice by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS),to detect the changes of cerebrospinal fluid and serum magnesium concentration in B6 mice which were treated with intraperitoneal injection magnesium sulphuricum(1.23g/kg) after 20min,40min,2h,4h.ResultsThe cerebrospinal fluid and serum magnesium concentration in B6 mice was (0.89±0.11) mM and (1.38±0.12) mM,while which was (1.00±0.12) mM and (1.10±0.09) mM in ICR mice.The serum magnesium concentration in B6 mice has increased from (1.38±0.12) mM to (8.68±1.85) mM after 20min intraperitoneal injection magnesium sulphuricum(P<0.01),to (7.58±0.67) mM after 40min intraperitoneal injection magnesium sulphuricum(P<0.01),to (3.56±0.96) mM after 2h intraperitoneal injection magnesium sulphuricum(P<0.01),then reduced to normal level after 4h intraperitoneal injection magnesium sulphuricum(F=1.514),while cerebrospinal fluid magnesium concentration hadn't occurrence obviously significant change(F=126.884,P>0.05).Conclusion Cerebrospinal fluid magnesium concentration in mice dosn't has change along with serum magnesium concentration.
