以含笑品种"小叶含笑"为材料,从单花水平和单株水平观测了其单花特征、花期、单株花朵密度及开花朝向;同时,采集含笑花粉,通过正交实验得到了含笑花粉离体萌发的最佳培养基条件.实验结果表明:含笑花期持续时间约为40 d,单花持续时间约为10 d;植株中部以上的花朵数量占总数的71.22%,植株中部以下的花朵数量占28.78%;78.91%的花朵开花朝向为向上或水平,21.09%的花朵为向下开花.含笑花粉离体萌发的最佳培养基组合是:蔗糖100 g/L,硼酸200 mg/L和氯化钙300 mg/L,培养温度为25 ℃,pH值为6.5.

이함소품충"소협함소"위재료,종단화수평화단주수평관측료기단화특정、화기、단주화타밀도급개화조향;동시,채집함소화분,통과정교실험득도료함소화분리체맹발적최가배양기조건.실험결과표명:함소화기지속시간약위40 d,단화지속시간약위10 d;식주중부이상적화타수량점총수적71.22%,식주중부이하적화타수량점28.78%;78.91%적화타개화조향위향상혹수평,21.09%적화타위향하개화.함소화분리체맹발적최가배양기조합시:자당100 g/L,붕산200 mg/L화록화개300 mg/L,배양온도위25 ℃,pH치위6.5.
It was observed the florescence , flower density , flower characteristics and the flower direction from the single flower and plant of the cultivar ,"Xiaoye", of Michelia figo.The optimum concentration of compo-nents , temperature and pH in vitro were received by using the collection of pollen of Michelia figo through the orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the duration of florescence was about 40 days and single flower was about 10 days.The ratio of flowers in the upper part and total number of plant was 71.22%, and lower part of plant was 28.78%.The 78.91%of the total flowers blossomed upward or horizontal , while 21.09%of the total flowers blossomed downward.The results also showed that the pollen germination was most suitable to the concentration of sucrose (100 g/L), CaCl2(300 mg/L), H3BO3(200 mg/L), the temperature of 25℃, and the pH of 6.5.Based on the study of the bloossom characteristics and pollen culture in Michelia figo, the-oretical foundation could be provided for reasonable plant configuration in landscape design , pollen manage-ment and crossbreeding of Michelia figo.
